- Languages: Native-level proficiency in Finnish; knowledge of English and Russian is a plus.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO, Google Ads, social media advertising, and website development.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM tools to manage client relationships and sales pipelines.
